By using SyncDarts ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SyncDarts is a free browser-based darts scoreboard provided by Mark Slobodchikov. The Service is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

2. Accounts

You may use basic scoring features without an account. An account is required to use live sync features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address when registering.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service in any way
  • Create accounts by automated means or under false pretences

4. User Content

The only content you submit to SyncDarts is player names in games and messages via the contact form. You are responsible for ensuring this content does not violate any applicable laws. I reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account at my discretion.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mark Slobodchikov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
